Curtis Williams is a diversely skilled learning and development professional. His why is very simple.: pouring into others. Experientiality, he's withdrawing from years of experience in management, human resources, organizational effectiveness, and multi-level allyships. As a servant leader, he leads a team of volunteers to serve the families of very sick children at the Ronald McDonald House, in addition to serving on the board of the St. Louis Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Communications with an emphasis in public relations, a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Transformation, Inquiry, and Research. He has also obtained certifications from Cornell University in diversity, equity, and inclusion and is an official partner with Everything DiSC.
